Meet the Cheff

He spent time at Restaurant Le Calandre in Padova, Italy (a 3-Star Michelin restaurant), plus a dozen restaurants around France and Spain in cities like Paris, Bayonne, Lyon, Baux de Provence and Barcelona.

He joins this new generation of chefs who present us techniques and flavors acquired in the Old Continent combining the use of traditional Latin-American products. This magnificent mixture captivates even the most demanding palate in one of the most renowned and traditional restaurants in Cancun, Casa Rolandi.

Casa Rolandi features the award-wining cuisine of our Chef Daniele Müller, a rising star in the Food & Wine world trained at the ‘Institut Paul Bocusse’ in Lyon-France and with work-experience in several Michelin-Star Restaurants in Lyon and Paris.

A graduate of the Paul Bocuse Institute with a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, Chef Daniele Müller’s experience could speak for itself.
